A family-run business that started with humble beginnings as a small biltong setup in 1990. Through a lot of hard work and dedication, we have become renowned as a fresh meat and biltong business supplying over 400 outlets.
Today our customers can enjoy several services offered to them. In Westlake Business Park, we run a halaal and non-halaal fresh meat factory where we dispatch orders to Local and National businesses in the restaurant, hotel, and catering trade. We have a reputation in the industry for supplying excellent quality products at affordable prices within short lead times.
Together with our meat distribution business in Westlake business park, we also run a retail butchery and biltong outlet. We offer beautifully portioned products at special prices and have become very popular among locals for our excellent service and product variety.
BILTONG AND DROËWORS
In Prime Park, Diep River we run a halaal biltong factory that supplies a variety of biltong products to Duty Free Shops in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban International Airports. We also distribute Biltong and Droewors to various retail stores, service stations, and wholesalers. We also have an express butchery and biltong outlet attached to our biltong factory in Prime Park, Diep River. Our Express outlet sells pre – packed meat products and biltong products at excellent prices to the general public.
Being a Cape Town based business, we have endeavoured to serve both the halaal and non – halaal market. Our factory in Westlake has been split in two departments and is registered and certified by the Islamic Council of South Africa. Our Diep River outlet is also certified and registered by the council and all products are strictly halaal.
